Uniform Policy

spirit-wearWearing common uniform colors to San Martin/Gwinn brings all students together as a community of learners, creating a common learning environment where people learn respect based on their character and academic performance as opposed to how they dress. The uniform policy at San Martin/Gwinn School is in place to enhance the academic environment so that teaching and learning may take place with as few obstacles as possible. San Martin/Gwinn uniform colors can be mixed and matched from the choices listed below:

BOYS

  • Khaki or Navy pants or shorts
  • Blue Jeans – clean and worn at the waist
  • Hunter Green, White, Heather Gray or Navy shirt (polo, turtleneck, button-down)
  • Hunter Green, Navy, Heather Gray or White sweatshirts or sweaters are preferred
  • School logo sweatshirt or shirt

GIRLS

  • Khaki or Navy pants or shorts
  • Khaki, Navy or Plaid (blue/green) shorts, skirt, jumper or skort
  • Blue Jeans – clean and of modest length
  • Hunter Green, White, Heather Gray or Navy shirt or blouse (polo, turtleneck, button-down)
  • Hunter Green, Navy, Heather Gray or White sweatshirts or sweaters are preferred
  • School logo sweatshirt or shirt

Students are encouraged to wear their San Martin/Gwinn School uniform every day of the school year. Orders for logo wear can be placed through the home and school club at the beginning of the school year and in December.

Uniform Exchange:

Need or want to donate uniforms or clothing in school colors?
Contact the Home and School Club and/or bring uniforms to the office on Wednesdays.
