Community Comes Together for Lotería y Kermés

San Martin/Gwinn hosted its annual Lotería y Kermés event last month. This beloved family and community tradition brought together students, families, and staff for an evening filled with fun, food, and cultural celebration.

Guests enjoyed carnival-style games, lively performances, a spicy salsa competition, and, of course, rounds of Lotería—Mexican Bingo! The event highlighted SMG’s strong sense of community and pride, showcasing the joy that comes from learning, laughing, and celebrating together.
